The answer is yes. You can install multiple instances of SC to trade with different brokers. There is no limitation on how many brokers you can trade with.

Interactive Brokers does not charge IRA fees....
Interactive Brokers does not charge IRA fees. Velocity and Optimus are both brokers. Velocity uses TT, Optimus uses Rithmic, so you can use MC with both Velocity and Optimus.
