I have no idea what happened. I reinstalled the new version again, and now I have 2 icons on my desktop (32 and 64-bit).
so you still can choose which one you want.

previous version you had 2 icons to start NT. one nt7 and the other one nt7 64-bit. plus in account connections you could enable the 64-bit version. now it says...
