Multi Color version of COT indicator
Plots different colors for rising and falling, and uses predefined instances of external indicators to reduce resource usage. Maybe we should try applying it to the Cumulative Delta.

ChartStyle.Pen changed in NT7B15
Can anyone help with this one? it is RHeikenAshi.. and the compile errors in NT7 show as lines 62 and 243.. each having to do with ChartStyle.pen.. or something... I know zip about code and don't...

GetXByBarIdx doesn't work in NT7: Try this!
The syntax is a little different in NT7. In the GOMCD indicator there is code for both versions of GetXByBar and for the NT7 version of GetY starting on Line 359. See if this works, thanks as usual,...

List behavior changed in NT7, affects Level II indicators
In NT7, rows must be added to a list before attempting to read from or write into those rows. Otherwise, "index out of range" runtime errors are generated.
