Yes that's all very doable, or at least was in old-TT. Old-TT also had "Free Form Text" fields" ("FFT") and you could even pull information based upon those, as well as, or instead of account...

I'm still using old-TT not new-TT but will say that TTs Excel Functionality is excellent and I use it heavily every day, with virtually no issues at all in 10+ years.
