Never gave them the chance to . Speaking with them left me seeing that ninjatrader is your responsibilty if connected to navigator . Ive asked MB a few "what if" this happens questions and got open...

Make sure that the range value is in 1/10 pips...
Make sure that the range value is in 1/10 pips first (I.E. - 3 range = 30 range ) . I use NT 6.5 / range bars with MB with no problems at all so maybe try 6.5 .
btw - watch these guys (MB) when...
