I tried to review his video for the product but only found a video describing some later enhancements. I'm not entirely sure what it does, other than by implication.

I've been thinking about using some form of trade management, manual entry and programmed scale and exits. I see a lot for Ninja but I'm not seeing much for Sierra outside Sierra's provided...
