Decent customer service, setting up the account was no problem, good enough basic commission rate that can go a lot cheaper if I get in to a position to trade up to cover the relevant...

You will have to check with them.

Yes, that's what I meant, I haven't seen a futures broker that doesn't charge withdrawal fees for wire transfers (or cheques).

You mention later you are considering Tradovate, they have withdrawal fees. I imagine a list of brokers that don't charge could be quite short....
