if in my country no law banning - no problem? But do not you violate USA law so because the stock market is in the USA?

does this mean that these platforms can be traded on stock exchanges USA? When to me (in my country there is no such prohibition)? These legal?

I read that the U.S. can not trade CFD, I live a small country in Europe, then I can trade CFD on the U.S. market through the online platform? Legal?
