ninjascript assembly
Apparently a couple ninja script assemblies had same bar types in each so that was the big problem with the bar types coming up a couple times, I fixed it by removing ninja script assemblies.

Custom file
Where is the custom file located? or do you mean the script? I have the same issue going on too many bar types need to be able to manage them add/delete etc...
