I have just checked on real time data, and it's not wrong, it works this way by design, it uses the 3 bar open, instead close, to make the break. Just for clarification.

zacharydw00, this is a screeshot of 3BLB comparation from SC to NT, I don't know if they are working in different way by design, but there are differences, here is the link of aslan version for SC...
