Final solution
Oke, here is the solution. It is looks good:
DateTime instrumentSessionDate = TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTime(Time[0], TimeZoneInfo.Local, Bars.Session.TimeZoneInfo);

Print(Bars.GetSessionDateFromLocal(Bars.Session, Time[0]));
