matter solved
with the help of ninja trader , the indicator guys refunded my money today so they came thru with their end of the bargain , no hard feeling anymore

i found this great sight after these clown Trading Indicators and Systems | Indicator Guys (http://www.theindicatorguys.com) ripped me off i am trying to save anybody on here from getting burned....

faulty indicator
the indicator loaded fine but you had to manually set the range to on the chart to any stock or forex pair every time so lets say aapl was between 400-450 you had to right click and set the range...
