Thanks sysot1t, Those links don't work on any of my three computers. Just upgraded to IE9 this week, maybe the problem. Didn't understand Dutchbookmaker's comment. Will order using an older version...

I have been trying to fine these dvds, his web site doesn't seem to sell them as the purchase links are all dead. Where did you get yours, if you don't mine saying.
