This is the big brother of the one you posted....its much better...I use it every day....just had a smoothy with an apple in it...chopped it up pretty good....not liquified but close enough for me. ...

I've been having a green smoothy for breakfast for almost a year. Lately I've been thinking about having it for lunch as well. I do out fruit in them but I am also thinking about doing juice fasts...

What did you accomplish in 2013?
Indeed, although in some ways I've had a hard time adjusting to the idea my heart is damaged and I need to work hard to fix it.
Mostly though its been a wake up call to simplify life and live in...
