One way is just to set the CalculateOnBarClose...
One way is just to set the CalculateOnBarClose variable to false instead, then use the FirstTickOfBar and Bars.FirstBarOfSession variables and separate the code sections in OBU, e.g:

Seem to recall reading somewhere that Ninja requires a restart after loading a new data series type before it shows up, but don't quote me as I don't use any so have no proof.
