You should use Sandboxie, if you download something from BigMike's that was uploaded by TMFT. Will protect you against your own virus.

The only problem with the results shown is that they refer to a test made with Ubuntu Linux.
Most of the users here have Windows OS. It would be more interesting to see the results for Windows XP...
