The crash notification box is just the Microsoft...
The crash notification box is just the Microsoft Error Reporting. It has no meaning. The message from the trace file does not show the real problem.
It is possible that you have a flawed indicator...

I use NT 7.0 with Interactive Brokers, and occasionally IB disconnects or freezes. But this never caused NT 7.0 to crash.
Have you checked that the version of TWS is build 917.8 as recommended?...
