I did not change anything on my side (hardware/ software/router).
After I read in the NT forum and the telekom forum I am sure the issues are at my ISPs end...

I used the 64-bit version. So I tried your idea...
I used the 64-bit version. So I tried your idea and used the 32-bit version since yesterday.
Yesterday I thought this might do the trick. But then the same as before, the problems started a little...
