I'm not sure how the volatility looks like right...

I'm not sure how the volatility looks like right now, but back then it was pretty much watching paint dry, and with high commission rates, it was a no win situation for me.

I've traded that instrument for a while, many years ago. It's totally not worth it, unless you live there, and are able to open an account with a local broker. IB's commissions would eat you alive....
