I am using IB with Sierrachart through meintrade and, aside from better customer service, I'm not aware of any additional benefits.

For those who don't have the required $10,000,...

For those who don't have the required $10,000, I'd look at one of the introducing brokers. One of them in particular has a very low min bal requirement.
