I don't remember i just searched the internet for the lowest rates that was posted on a website. I then called AMP and sent an email with a link to the website. I got a new quote sheet from my broker...

I have contacted my broker at amp, by phone though. To request a commissions reduction and showed them the link to cheaper commissions. It was reduced without any problems. I didn't do it by chat box...
