If you really feel like SC changed the parameters on the volume indicator you were using, you really only have two alternatives:

1. Seek clarification from SC by presenting your argument to them...

A "dll" is not the file containing the C++ code. The C++ code for an SC custom study is in a "cpp" file.

Code is code. Recompiling to make your study compatible with newer versions of SC doesn't change anything in the code.

I suspect a change in market dynamics is the culprit.
