Is your data for ES live? If so, then your data for $TICK and $ADD also has to be live. You have to subscribe to the real time data packages. Help / Account Services / Add/Remove Data or Features

1. You have to be subscribed to the same data type, live or delayed. So, maybe you have live ES data. That means you also must subscribe to live $TICK and $ADD data. You can;t miz live and...
