Actually, according to this CPA video, the IRS made it easier to revoke 475, or mark-to-market, as long as you do it by April 15 followed by form 3115 (https://youtu.be/qx-tzSpo4hs?t=438).

I did some more research into the number of trades required to qualify for mark-to-market. This CPA created video tells us you only need to make 60 trades per month or 720 total trades per year...

I'm not sure what you mean. You are saying the IRS automatically gives you mark-to-market status (https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc429) if you make a certain number of trades?
