I think there are traders out there that can be given any random price and with the right direction, adequately placed stop, and target(s) can consistently make money risking the same amount on each...

I think a lot of it depends on the time-frame the trader is using to trade. Obviously if someone is swing trading then a whole number isn't going to be very important considering the reversal usually...
