OK I have finally resolved the situation. IB doesn't use $IUXX although Serra tries to open it but only historical is available
Instead IB uses their own version from the IB Indexes section called...

Live NDX Index Data from IB for Sierra Chart
Can anyone help me with getting live data for NDX Index. This is known on Sierra Chart as $IUXX.
I currently have it as 15 min delayed and I would like live data but I have no idea which package to...
