Yes Mike paint every bar green that is +45 and above, paint every bar red that is -45 and below and in between paint every bar white just like the CCI is in panel 2.

Yes that's exactly it, the price bars themselves having the ability to paint either green for +45 and red for -45 and a neutral color for when in between, all in panel 1in addition to the CCI still...
