Think or Swim has a good screener and Prodigo which is part of the application has a very comprehensive screener. I think the free version of Madscan should do the trick on your basic searches.

Madscan is good but you can get overwhelmed by the number of parameters. I like to keep it simple and that's why I like Finviz as well.
