I can't help but be convinced from what I've read that i really need this....I'd rather do a juice fast but we have no juicer yet, and i don't trust the juice in the supermarkets here....it is China...

Thanks Satch....I have time to do more research, but i still want try and start Monday. I can afford to stay out of the markets for a few more weeks if i need to but i really need to be getting back...

I'm pretty healthy, generally. So with the headaches, i guess popping a pill is no good either...?

Y'all got me interested in this water fasting and i'm currently planning a New Year fast starting Monday. My goal is absolute minimum of 3 days as its my first time. I really want to go for 7-10 days...
