Maybe some cannot logon in TWS on weekends because of the message on the logon prompt for TWS on weekends telling you that it would not be possible before noon on Sunday? I doubt a ticket is going to...

IB/TWS is not available on weekends. You can confirm this by trying to log in to TWS. I'd suggest to wait till tomorrow afternoon (TWS become available at noon CST on Sundays) and try again.
