Quant - In the meander code at the referenced link, Mlt is an input not a function. Mlt(2) means Mlt=2. My guess is that the original author abbreviated the word multiplier because he is using it...

Doesn't look like a EL function
quant - I think that Mlt is not an EL function - at least in TradeStation or Multicharts.
A google search finds some EL code from Sep/02 that uses Mlt as an input but not a function:
