I had IE9, but I ended up downgrading to IE8......

I had IE9, but I ended up downgrading to IE8... it wasnt ready IMO... as to dutchboomarker's.. I didnt get his point neither, so not sure what he was trying to communicate... best to move on..

there is no purchase link, there is a cart that will take you to google, and that is working just fine.. but it is always best to contact the vendor whenever you have issues ordering their product.

it is both theory and practive using recent data from before the seminar was held.. like days before.. he does go into details of what most people call setups; meaning that based on a given structure...
