just in case for those that might not understand...

just in case for those that might not understand or might missunderstand @bigmike comment.... the windows client for keeping time is what he is referring to... hence the mention of an alternate NTP...

NIST Internet Time Service (http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi)

or you can always spend a few hundred bucks and get your own GPS timesource...
