the best funds IMO are with Fidelity and Schwab... AMTD does have decent ones, each company will usually offer funds that are widely available and some that are specific to them...

TOS is not a good platform for paper trading, you will get a really bad sense of confidence thinking you are hitting your trades.. you are better off with NT7/MC7/CTS4/XTrader as learning platforms...
