That is right..
you have a data issue. IB is filtered data and it is inferior. If the timing and bar transitions are important to you I'd use a reliable unfiltered data feed.

data is HIGHLY recconmended especially over IB.
Not really sure what you are seeing that you do not like BUT the new bar will not draw until there is a tick present in that time unit...so often it...
