I could be flip...
and say, yes, that and a crown and you can be king. But you are correct. a good factor, low/no drawdown and few consecutive losers and anyone would be all set.

Nothing at all...
in some years if I did not own stocks or real estate I'd have made no money at all.
Though at least two thirds of the stocks, well maybe half, of my stocks will be inherited by my kids.
