not sure which version you installed. I modify...
not sure which version you installed. I modify them often, I don't remember what grey triangle for but the red and blue = highest and lowest points for middle point calculation.

I don't have good clean data there are many holes...
I don't have good clean data there are many holes in them, but anyway here is the latest as you can see select 3 days back and it will calculate just day 3 + day 4 back

no hard code for start/end time it is just left...
no hard code for start/end time it is just left over codes from another indicator. It works for some contracts but not others must be data format something. That is why it put triangles at H/L to see...

actually this version shows the balance line keep in mind if you don't see enough days just increase the day number. it still doesn't work for ZB, FDAX I think it has something to do with the data...

alrite this balance line indicator will draw a 50% line of of days back, you can specify how many days. It will start drawing when there is data for a current day, thus for ES you will not see any...
