i got an offer that is way out of the normal commissions i have seen on other brokers.

why not go directly to CQG eliminating Ninja?
CQG itself works nice and you will find plenty of good brokers/FCMs with perfect commissions and service.
if you need ninja, there are Rithmic and TT...
