He said nothing wrong. He basically repeated what you said when you said, "I could sense that it is coming" That is a losing mentality.

I blew up my account twice. First time was 1998 just a couple of months after starting trading. Didn't have enough cash excess.

Second time was 2008. Just kept saying to myself this thing can't go...
