I see most of your trades start at 12 pm local...

I see most of your trades start at 12 pm local time, which is like 3 hrs after Europe opens?
12pm yours is 5am here CST and EUROPE opens at 2am cst

well, you answered before I ask about consistency...

well, you answered before I ask about consistency of your method, but I take minimum 1 year results and get monthly average from that year and keep that as a goal/ballpark
