Thks WH. would you mind define # of days for short term, med and Long term. As diff people have diff period for swing trades.

Chart for swing trade

I like to try swing trade of ES,CL hold for a day or few days. Can someone suggest which time frame chart should I look at for entry and confirmation. Is it 30, 60min or daily chart?
