A question for the broker most likely. I think you may be able to this via MB Trading which can feed into Ninjatrader. The support desks at either/both may get a solution working for you.

Not sure about free data feeds. Although Kinetick and other good paid data will provide both spot FX and futures. Next best may be to use a broker who offer both spot and futures accounts and open...
