In Ray's defense, managing a fast network is not easy and Mirus may have gotten it wrong. When ZenFire started ( IIRC ) the networking was handled by 7 ticks. I don't know who handled their network...

Eurex has been closed for trading Tue, Wed, and Thu of this week AND last week. IMHO, I think there are a lot of people who are on vacation who work at Eurex who could fix any problems.
