I've always wanted to get a monitor like the nook with just black and white with no light so i wouldn't have problems staring at it for hours

i have to turn the brightness and contrast down to match the lighting of the room and make my chart backgrounds a default neutral color too. the back light on this sucker is fucking ridiculous on...
