Nobody seems to know what kind of dog she is , smart as can be though I just say chihuahua wannabe , have two great black labs too but not here , a good friend had more space than I did at one time...

Week 1

averaged about 30 minutes a day this week , stretching, jogging in place , shadow boxing etc.. to get the blood flowing again

switched from soda to iced tea a few months ago and increasing water...
