Itchymoku I think it's more a ritual than the caffeine effect due the body tolerance. I've to drink more than a normal dose to feel the stymulant effect.

Energy drink

I use to drink an energy drink before trading, allways a regular red bull, and after 2 hours of trading I drink a coffe.
