Anyone can use Ninjatrader as their CHARTING...
Anyone can use Ninjatrader as their CHARTING platform w/CQG data feed & use another broker's EXECUTION (DOM) - as you suggest.
Best to just purchase lifetime Ninjatrader license when they offer...
