I've been trying to get in touch with platform...

I've been trying to get in touch with platform support since last week on another issue. No response. Maybe internal problems i.e. financial.
I might try another way to get someone's attention.

Thanks, Bob. I restarted several times - same thing. Can't connect. And "Juneteenth" has disappeared from the Trading Hours list. I put it back in with the correct parameters, but still no data....

Opened Ninja this morning. No data. No Juneteenth in the list any more either. Anyone have a clue? I added Juneteenth with early close. Still nothing. Rithmic is receiving data.

Thanks for the fix. Haven't done it yet. But I'm wondering why we have to take extra steps all of a sudden. We've had Monday holidays before.
