Some good things about MetaTrader is its free to...
Some good things about MetaTrader is its free to use, with many brokers there is easily over a decade of historical data, and there are probably more indicators than the rest of the platforms...

Have you looked into Wealth-lab? It uses C# as well, so for those with a lot of custom NT stuff, it seems like...
