I contacted them they changed some things,now we cannot connect the paper account and real account in the same time from different computers :s

I had use it for 3 months without any problems...

I had use it for 3 months without any problems but last week the paper account cannot access to data if the real account is connected !!

The problem still exists although allows the new ip address,when i disconnect the real account the paper account is ok but i need to connect the real and paper account in the same time !!

i try to use the paper account and real account of interactive brokers platform in different computers but i can't access to data by the paper account !!!
